If you are not happy with a product you can return or exchange it within 14 days in the Netherlands and 21 days for international orders. We can’t accept returns that aren’t in perfect condition and you’ll have to pay for your return shipping.

As a small business we are unfortunately unable to cover the cost of returns postage for our customers. If you would like to proceed with a refund, we ask you to please send orders back to us using a signed & tracked service of your choice, and notify us with the tracking details.
